Spain
Spain has two distinct regions that offer tempting cycling destinations. In the north, the Camino de Santiago is an ancient pilgrimage trail that is a journey through history. James Michener calls it one of the best 3 journeys in the world- it is, especially by bike.
In the south, Spain is at its most flamboyant; the cities of Cordoba, Carmona and Seville are filled with Moorish architecture, enchanting streets with tiled courtyards, flamenco music and a steet theatre that invites participation. Our trip here features luxurious hotels and gentle cycling; we recommend going in springtime where the climate is ideal and air festive.
